Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between Veritabl (“we”, “us”) and the organisation that uses Veritabl (“you”). If you create a workspace or accept these terms for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to do so on its behalf. People invited to a workspace use it under the organisation's account and must follow these terms too.
Accounts and workspaces
- Keep sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think an account has been misused.
- Workspace owners and admins decide who's invited, what's asked and who can see results. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Veritabl for anything unlawful, harassing, discriminatory or deceptive;
- try to work out who gave an anonymous answer, or pressure people to reveal how they answered;
- try to get around access controls, plan limits or security measures;
- overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our agreement;
- upload malicious code or content you don't have the right to share.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
Your content and your team's data
You own the questions, answers and other content in your workspace. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and improve the service for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
You're responsible for having a lawful basis to use Veritabl with your team, and for telling them how it's used. Where we process personal information on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions and as described in our privacy policy.
Anonymity
Veritabl is designed so answers aren't linked to the people who give them, and so small groups' results stay hidden. People can still identify themselves through what they write, and you agree not to try to identify anyone from their answers.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free within the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are charged at the prices shown when you subscribe, plus any applicable tax. They renew until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Trials end automatically unless you choose a paid plan.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of your plan.
AI features
AI insights and question suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a starting point, not professional HR, legal or medical advice.
Changes to the service
We're improving Veritabl all the time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on in a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance. We aim to keep Veritabl available but don't promise uninterrupted service.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Veritabl at any time, and ask us to delete your workspace by emailing hello@veritabl.app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires us to. After a workspace is closed we delete its data, except where we have to keep it by law.
Liability
Veritabl is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
